Reservation Policies

Standard Deposit Policy*: For stays of 1 night we require a full advance deposit (room rate plus tax). For stays of 2 or more nights, a 50% advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy*: Your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival less a $50 processing fee. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation or reduction in nights originally booked is made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival, less any portion of your stay we are able to rebook.

*Standard policies apply to all reservations unless otherwise stated (IE: Advance Purchase Rates, Weekly Cottage Rentals, etc.)

Pet Policy: A selection of pet friendly rooms are offered on a first come first served basis. A nightly pee fee of $50 per animal will be applied to your room. A maximum of 2 pets may be accommodated. Please call the resort directly to secure your pet friendly room.

Smoking Policy: There are designated smoking areas away from the buildings and decks. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms, on balconies, or on decks. A $200 room recovery fee is charged for policy violations.

Resort Fee: A $25 resort fee per night will be waived when you reserve your room directly with the resort either of the phone or on our online booking engine. For all other reservations, please note this fee will be charged to your room nightly and includes use of all facilities and activities, including but not limited to, canoes, kayaks, WiFi, use of mini-golf course, tennis and basketball courts, and access to heated pool and hot tub.
