RESERVATION POLICIES

There is a daily resort Fee of $15 per reservation, per night.  Our resort fee covers all on-site activities and amenities, which includes:

  • Hot breakfast
  • Wi-fi
  • 9-hole Miniature Golf
  • Basketball (1 court)
  • Tennis (1 court)
  • Horseshoes
  • Ping Pong
  • Canoes
  • Kayaks
  • Fishing Pond
  • Outdoor, heated pool
  • Hot tub
  • Communal grills in various locations on property
  • Outdoor Shower
  • Picnic Areas
  • Fire pits
  • Board games and puzzles
  • Daily organized resort activities

Deposit and Cancellations

Standard Rooms: In Season (June 15 – September 15)

For stays of one to three nights we require a deposit equal to the first night’s room charge.  For stays of more than three nights we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.  Cancelling 14 or more days prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit less a $25 administration fee.  Cancelling within 14 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit

Standard Rooms: Off Season

For stays of one to five nights we require a deposit equal to the first nights’ room charge.  For stays of more than five nights we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.  Cancelling within seven or more days prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit less a $25 administration fee.  Cancelling within seven days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.

Cottages and Suites

50% of the total room charges are due at the time of booking.

For stays of up to seven days in length, cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee.  Cancellation of stays of up to seven days within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit.  For stays of more than seven days, cancellation 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less a $25 administrative fee.  Cancelling within 60 days will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Additional Guests

All room rates are based on a single or double occupancy. Please add $25.00 for each additional person over 12 years of age.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted in the Pine View building, designated Overlook Building guest rooms, as well as the two bedroom Cottage.  There is a onetime pet fee of $50.  

Smoking

There are designated smoking areas away from the buildings and decks.  Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms, on balconies, or on decks.  A $200 room recovery fee is charged for policy violations.
